Page Selection: Versions of Lust & Disgust / Pages 51 & 52

                                   MAN
                         What a glorious sunset.

                                   WOMAN
                             (hugging his arm)
Every sunset I have with you is a
                         glorious one.

                                   MAN
Aren't you the sweet girl? Have I
ever told you how much I love you?

                                   WOMAN
                             (smiling)
                         Only a million times.

                                   MAN
Then it's time for the millionth
                         and first. I love you.

                                   WOMAN
                         Oh, honey...

                                   MAN
No, you must listen to me. I love
you with every atom of my being.
You are everything to me. You are
                         my sunrise and my sunset.

                                   WOMAN
And you have given me so much.
                         Without you, I had nothing.

                                   MAN
                             (hugging her close)
We are both so lucky. So blessed.

                                   WOMAN
When I signed up for that Alaskan
                         senior's cruise, I never dreamed
that I would meet someone like you.

                                   MAN
                             (smiling)
You've given me the happiest eight
                         months of my life.

                                   WOMAN
Ya sure you popped one of those
                         Viagras, dear?

Man and Woman both look down at his crotch and smile at each
               other simultaneously.
They walk off stage slowly, arm in arm. Music Up. Dinah
Washington's "What a Difference a Day Made" is heard.

Tom and Candice are sitting on the couch. The scrim reads
HALF TIME. She is flipping through a magazine. He is
watching a football game. The only if from a flicker of the
television and the game is heard. She thumbs threw the
magazine. He stares at the TV screen. They never speak,
they never look at each other. This goes on for a minute or
so. The sound of the football game then crosses over to
"Yesterdays" by Helen Mirrell. The sound of the football
game goes out completely and we hear the song play full. The
               light slowly fade.
